Insulation
The maximum thermal performance or R-value of insulation is very dependent on proper installation. Homeowners can install some types of insulation - notably blankets and materials that can be poured in place.

Taping
Drywalling and plastering are the most common form of interior wall material. You may be looking to finish off the plasterboard surface of your walls or contemplating starting in the first place. Taping and jointing drywalls is a method of finishing off the plasterboard surface of your interior walls.

Damage repairs
Keeping your home looking great can be a constant challenge as you fight against cracks and holes appearing all over the place. Repairing damaged plaster can often be high on your list, but thankfully it’s a task that can be completed successfully by a skilled DIYer.

Other fittings
Today this gap, known as a reveal is often covered with plasterboard and gives the impression of a larger room. Wood can be used to make the gap between the masonry and the window small enough for one piece of plasterboard but here we have chosen a method which also uses up spare pieces of plasterboard.
